Return/Refund Policy

John Sloane Art makes every effort to ensure your order is delivered accurately and as promised. If you are unhappy with your order within 14 days of receipt and would like to request a refund, we kindly ask that you email us at sales@johnsloaneart.com with a brief description of the problem. Please be sure to include your orginal order number, name and email address so that we may contact you directly and arrange for return or adjustment. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

* Do not return product until after you have contacted us and been issued a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
Products returned/received without an RMA# cannot be processed for a refund.

Note: This refund policy applies to Physical Products Only.
No refunds or adjustments will be made for 'digital/downloadable' products once they have been downloaded.
